Montrose Most Wanted: Drugs, Identify Theft, Criminal Mischief

These three men have at least one thing in common. All three are wanted by authorities.

Every week the story is the same, but the faces are different. It's people making bad choices that will, ultimately, put them behind bars.

Nicholas Garcia, age 25, is wanted for failure to comply, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Kevin Rust, age 26 is wanted for burglary, identity theft, possession of a financial device, and criminal mischief.

Lisandro Vostatek, age 40, is wanted for failure to appear on charges of possession of a controlled substance and traffic offenses.
