Police have located the vehicle of 32-year-old Christine Cummings, a Fort Collins resident that was reported missing on New Years Day.

A relative of Cummings contacted Fort Collins Police on Jan. 1 after not hearing from her in several days. She was last known to be at her Fort Collins residence on Dec. 29, according to an official press release.

Officers initially attempted to contact Cummings at her home, but she and her vehicle weren't there.

On Wednesday morning (Jan. 6), officials via Fort Collins Police tweeted that Cummings' Jeep had been located and parked in the Pingree Park area.

Cummings is a white female with brown hair, blue eyes, approximately 5'7 tall, and 140 pounds.

Anyone who has been in the Pingree Park area since Dec. 29 who may have seen Christine is asked to contact police or Fort Collins Detective Marty Shaw at 970-416-2051 with any information that may aid in search efforts.
