Record Store Day Returns to Grand Junction, Colorado
On Saturday, April 18, 2026, Triple Play Records at 530 Main Street in Grand Junction is going to be the place to celebrate Record Store Day.

Since its inception in 2007, Record Store Day has seen the release of countless records, most of which are limited edition copies, and some have only been released as part of Record Store Day. This spring’s Record Store Day will be no different and will see hundreds of limited edition vinyl and CDs hit shelves nationwide.
Triple Play Records will open as usual this Record Store Day, but you might want to make it a point to show up early, as the first 100 customers who enter the store will receive a free official Record Store Day poster and other merchandise.
Breakfast and lunch will also be available via the Little Pink Truck food truck parked outside, and there will also be free live music from Tonic Selects Sound-System, a DJ who will be spinning vinyl all morning, as well as Charles ChuckJay Walker, who will be performing during the afternoon.
Some of the artists who will be having music released this next Record Store Day include Black Sabbath, David Bowie, Jeff Buckley, Camper Van Beethoven, The Cars, John Coltrane, Dinosaur Jr, The Cult, The Cars, The Doors, The Grateful Dead, George Harrison, Elton John, Judas Priest, KISS, Mark Lanegan, The Lemonheads, John Lennon, Megadeth, Motorhead, Ozzy Osbourne, Pearl Jam, The Rolling Stones, Weezer, Ween, and Neil Young, to name a few.
