When a teen entered a Target store in North Carolina looking to buy a necktie for a job interview at another business, he found out how incredible the customer service was at that store.

The young man was looking for a clip-on necktie, but the store employee said they didn't have any. After helping the young man find an appropriate tie, another employee showed him how to tie it and helped him get his look just right for the interview.

In addition to helping the teen look good, they also offered him some interviewing tips to ensure he made a memorable impression on his potential new employer.

Considering how helpful the store's employees were and how impressed they were at these teens initiative to look good and have a successful job interview, if he doesn't get the job he applied for, he may want to think about applying at that Target store. It seems like a great place to work.
