September is Healthy Happy Cat Month. One visit to Roice-Hurst Humane Society in Grand Junction and you'll fall in love and want to take home a cat to keep health and happy.

To celebrate Cat Month, Roice-Hurst is offering feline adoptions for just $55. All the cats have been spayed or neutered are current on all their vaccinations, and have had a wellness check. These felines are healthy and would be overjoyed to have a 'fur-ever' home.

Roice-Hurst Humane Society is located at 362 28 Road and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.

    4-Year-Old Domestic Longhair Mix

Harry is a recent graduate of the Roice-Hurst Cat Behavior Program. He's quite timid at first, but once he knows you are a caring and loving person he will trust you and return the love. Harry would make a terrific companion to someone with patience to go with that love.

    2-Year-Old Domestic Shorthair Mix

Basco is a graduate of the Cat Behavior Program. He's an independent guy and will seek you out on his own terms. Just be patient and you find him a great companion. Basco has lived with other cats so joining the family shouldn't be a problem. Still, an introduction to your other felines is a good idea.
