‘Grizzly Adams’ Star Dan Haggerty Dead at Age 74

'Grizzly Adams' star Dan Haggerty has died at the age of 74.

According to TMZ,  Haggerty died Friday (Jan. 15) after battling cancer for several months. Sources revealed doctors discovered the cancer following surgery for back pain.

Haggerty was reportedly getting treatment at a hospital until recent days when doctors told him he didn't have long to live.

Dan Haggerty is best known for his role in the 1970s TV show 'The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams.'
