When the Coronavirus pandemic hit, music venues were forced to close, causing many concerts to be canceled and postponed. However, now that restrictions are slowly being lifted, many of these postponed concerts are being rescheduled. Here are the latest shows to be given new dates in Grand Junction.

Mesa Theater

The latest details announced by The Mesa Theater announced eight new dates in June in which previously postponed concerts have been rescheduled. In an official statement on their Facebook page, The Mesa noted that each show will sell out fast due to limited capacity restrictions and will adhere to social distancing rules put into place by The Mesa County Health Department. Here are the new dates:

June 26th - TBA

Avalon Theatre

The Avalon Theatre has also rescheduled a couple of previously postponed concert dates, below:

Wednesday, August 19th - Arturo Sandoval

Friday, August 21st - Chad Prather

Here in Mesa County, we've been lucky to have had so few cases of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) reported, and it would appear that we've done a pretty good job at social distancing in an effort to slow the spread of the virus, and consequently it would seem that our efforts may have directly contributed to our beloved concerts returning so quickly.
