A criminal in Grand Junction made fraudulent purchases for five days at various businesses before the debit card he was using was either cancelled or declined.

The Mesa County Sheriff's Office says the suspect, (pictured), used the card from February 25 through March 1.

A review of the purchases made during that time showed nine different businesses where the card was used.

The businesses include Walgreen's at First and Patterson, Sonic Drive In, Shell gas station on Horizon Drive and the Rimrock Walmart.

Based on surveillance photos, the suspect is believed to be driving a 1990's Ford Ranger.

If you know the suspect, his whereabouts or have any other information that would help law enforcement find him, you can call the Mesa County Sheriff's Office or make an anonymous report with Crime Stoppers of Mesa County at 970-241-7867.

If the information leads to an arrest, Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 to the person who provided the information. Anonymous tips can also be submitted through the Crime Stoppers website or using the P3 Tips app.
