Those who have previously been charged with less than one ounce of marijuana can expect a pardon from Colorado Governor Jared Polis.

According to Polis' executive order, this is considered a 'full and unconditional pardon.'

All rights of citizenship associated with this conviction will be restored and civil duties will be removed.

Personally, I think this is fantastic and a simple way to offer some relief to our state's criminal justice system. Not to mention, these 'offenders' will have the opportunity to be productive members of our economy, now that they aren't drowning under the consequences of such a minor charge.
