The Montrose Police Department has arrested a student for threatening another student attending the same school.

According to the police report, the threat was between two students who attend Centennial Middle School. Police investigating the threat arrested one student on Thursday (February 22) evening.

During the investigation, police determined the student who made the threat did not have the means to carry it out. They also determined there are no legitimate threats made towards any other students who attend Centennial Middle School or other schools in the Montrose area.
