In 1993 he won Guitarist Magazine’s Guitarist of the Year and in the guitar world is known for his excellent tuition articles and transcriptions. It’s easy to see one of his heroes is Steve Vai as he runs through this scale with just his left hand. I have played a little and it always makes me go “Wow” when I see a wizard make it look so easy.
