We all know the importance of getting enough sleep. It makes us healthier, more productive, and generally makes us feel better. When we don’t get enough sleep we feel sleepy and lethargic, we are less productive, and we tend to be more susceptible to illness. But, it is possible that when you get to sleep and when you wake up may be more important than how much sleep you get.

It’s not based on how many hours of sleep you need but rather where in the cycle you would wake up. Waking up in the middle of a sleep cycle leaves you feeling tired and groggy, but waking up in between cycles lets you wake up feeling refreshed and alert!
