Heather Jensen Arrested in Florida on Mesa County Warrant
Jensen, 24, is being charged with 2 counts of criminal negligent homicide, 2 counts of child abuse resulting in death while acting with negligence, and one count of false reporting.
According to Mesa County Assistant District Attorney Rich Tuttle, Jensen was taken into custody at her mother’s home in Florida. She is being held on $150,000 bond.
Jensen’s sons, 2-year-old William and 4-year-old Tyler, died in late November from hyperthermia. Their deaths have been ruled accidental.
