Willy’s Wild Carvings Relocating to Mesa Mall

Willy's Wild Carvings is moving from off of North 1st Street to the food court area of Mesa Mall. Willy says it's the perfect place to showcase everything they do.

Willy's Wild Carvings specializes in making beautiful and edible fruit designs. The owner, Willy Tuz, was recently featured on Mix 104.3's Local Love. He told us about how he's been here since 2003 and how he's been playing with his food since he was a kid -- which has definitely paid off.

Willy's Wild Carvings is currently located off of N 1st Street at 2400 Consistory Court inside of the Grand Valley Event Center but will be moving soon. Willy has now found a new place, and according to him, this new spot is the perfect place to showcase everything they do.

Willy is relocating his business from the Grand Valley Event Center to the Mesa Mall. Willy's Wild Carvings will be in the food court area of Mesa Mall. Willy does everything from ice carvings to pumpkin carvings, to balloon art, to chocolate covered bouquets.

We can vouch for the delicious chocolate-covered bouquets because they're a part of our Teacher of the Month prize package (and because we've tried them), his carved watermelons (he made one just for Mix 104.3) and his balloon art that we've seen at Kidabaloo.

He's got a lot of different things to offer and we're happy he's working on a space to show it all off. According to Willy, he anticipates the Grand Opening will be sometime around the middle of March. Don't worry, we'll keep you posted.
