By keeping the original plot and adding a laugh track from 'Seinfeld,' the action and violence can be viewed in a whole different way.

Throwing a spear through someone's head is pretty gross. But, with the appropriate comedic audience reaction, it becomes physical comedy rather than the violent act it really is.

Absurd? Absolutely. But it proves a very important point. What's behind the action and dialogue many times is just important as the plot itself. Think about what your emotional reaction would be, if the soundtrack was missing or didn't fit, next time you watch a movie or television show.
