What State Has the Most Attractive License Plate?

Beauty is in the eye of the license plate holder.

A survey of 2,000 drivers from across the US has found that Wyoming has the most attractive license plate, roping in about a third of all votes. Hawaii took second.

On the other end of the spectrum is Delaware, which picked up about half of all votes. Arkansas was next.
