We have all taken the time to admire the beauty that surrounds us in Western Colorado especially lately as so many colors are on full display as we have seen the Fall season set in. But now that we are seeing more leaves fall to the ground we are also seeing less sunlight during the day and the temperatures are dropping. This weekend we could see a temperature drop of up to 20 degrees when looking ahead.

We are looking at a comfortable mid-60s as we approach the weekend on Friday, and Saturday looks beautiful with temperatures expected into the 70s, but on Sunday we are looking at some rain showers and a drop to the low to mid-50s. We can all take a deep breath knowing that we don't have snow falling or even in the forecast yet, but it's only a matter of time until we start seeing the white stuff falling from the sky.

This weekend when we see the temperatures change would be a great time to get out all of your warm clothing still packed away, especially any coats as it won't be long until you will not want to leave your home without one.

Beyond making sure you have the correct attire for the weather changing outside, you also might want to hack and make sure your vehicle is prepared for the upcoming cold winter months. The last thing you want is to be stranded somewhere due to unfortunate weather and not be prepared. But remember you have time to prepare, but now is the time.
