The forecast for this weatherman with arachnophobia should be sunny with a chance of spiders.

As someone who's not afraid of spiders, watching this guy's reaction to something the average viewer can't even see is amusing.

At the same time, almost everyone has a fear or phobia of at least one thing in nature. When I was a kid, it was grasshoppers and then unfriendly dogs (flashback to my days a substitute paper boy delivering the news on a bicycle) so I'm sure while we're laughing we can also empathize with the poor guy.

What I'm wondering is, how long will it take before PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Arachnids) come after him for such a brutal squashing of a bug on live TV?
