US Women’s Olympic Curling Team Creates Ridiculously Funny Video Spoof

Let's face it, for most people, Curling is one of the least understood and lower profile sports of the Winter Olympics. This year, the 2014 US Women's Olympic Curling team decided to create a ridiculously funny video spoof in hopes of generating more interest in the sport.The video titled "What Does (the) Skip Say?" parodies Yvlis "The Fox (What Does the Fox Say?)"

In Curling, the 'Skip' is the captain of the team and is known for yelling at the sweepers during competition in a way that sounds similar to the original video. While I can't say this brings more attention to the sport, it's likely to generate some 'buzz' about the players on Team USA Curling.

Grand Junction's Glacier Ice Arena doesn't have Curling on it's schedule of events or activities, but is hosting a Broomball Fundraiser February 9 that will have the Grand Junction Police and Fire Departments trying to sweep each other off the ice.
