Two Close Friends at Shelter Need One Family to Adopt Them
There are several dogs awaiting adoption at Roice-Hurst Humane Society, but there are two close friends who would love to stay together by being adopted by one family.
The two dogs, Bandit and Shelby, were brought to the shelter together so they have known each other a lot longer than the time they've spent at Roice-Hurst Humane Society.
Shelby is a 4-year-old American Blue Heeler Mix and Bandit is a 6-year-old American Blue Heeler Mix. Both Bandit and Shelby are well-mannered, love to play outside as well as spend time inside with the family.
Bandit is a big snuggler and loves car rides. Shelby is a beautiful girl with a loving personality and is excellent on-leash. Both enjoy being active and would be excited to join your family for as many outings as possible.
If you're looking for a puppy, then Buster would be a good choice. He's a 10-month-old Hound Mix so he's still full of puppy energy but mature enough to walk well on a harness and learn as much as you're willing to teach him. Like most Hounds his age, he'll need plenty of activities, excursions, and play to keep him happy and healthy.
To see these dogs and all the other animals at Roice-Hurst, visit the shelter at 362 28 Road anytime between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. The shelter is closed on Mondays.
