Visit Roice-Hurst Humane Society at 362 28 Road Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. or Sunday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. You can also call 970-434-7337 to make an appointment to visit.
Rasta
3-year-old Male American Pit Bull MixRasta is a Hurricane Harvey rescue who still hasn't been able to find a home. He's crate trained and pretty well-mannered but would love someone who will help him achieve his full potential. One more thing, Rasta loves kids and play. He doesn't care for cats, though.
Ellis
3-Year-Old Male Terrier American Pit Bull MixEllis is also a Hurricane Harvey rescue. He has been successfully treated for heartworm and is healthy and happy. As you can see from the picture, Ellis loves running and playing with balls, especially big ones. Roice-Hurst is offering 50% off of the normal adoption fee for the family who adopts this big playful dog.
Lydia
1-year-7-month Old Female Terrier Pit Bull MixLydia is the sweetheart of the shelter and loves to play outside and won't turn down the chance to play a game of chase. She suffers from separation anxiety and needs a family who can spend plenty of time with her. With that in mind, it would be best if Lydia was the only dog in the home.
