When you're driving around Grand Junction lately it is pretty obvious that it is spring clean-up time. You're seeing large amounts of debris from trees and shrubs as well as other items that are being organized in front of people's houses waiting to be picked up. And now our friends out in Palisade are working together to help keep their town cleaned up.

There will be roll-offs that will be placed at Riverbend Park in Palisade just west of the Lion Club Shelter. Once the roll-offs are completely full they will be shut down even if that means the event comes to an end before the noon scheduled end time. So, if you have stuff you want to get rid of, don't wait, get up early and get your chores done.

What Kind of Items Will Be Allowed at the Town Clean-Up in Palisade?

You will be able to drop off old furniture, leaves, branches, carpet, tires, almost anything that is taking up space in your home or in your yard that you want to get rid of.

*Items not accepted will be: appliances, e-waste, gas, gas cans, or other hazardous materials.*
