New York Police Should Have Called Some Cowboys to Capture Runaway Horse [VIDEO]

Catching horses isn't typically part of a New York City Police officer's job. They should have called some cowboys instead of attempting their own version of a round up.

For anyone who's ever been around horses, the cut 'em off at the intersection move was  amusing in there was no way that was going to stop the horse.

It's also sad, as it probably frightened the animal even more. Actually, I'm not sure who the police were trying to protect more, motorists or the horse.
