I've always been a creature or habit and I always like to celebrate my holidays in order. And with Thanksgiving being one of my favorite holidays I am excited to eat more this year than in years past as I soak in the memories. But this year we are doing things a little different with our Christmas tree going up before Thanksgiving, in fact, it's going up this weekend.

After all the craziness and obstacles that have been thrown into this year, we are excited to celebrate the holiday season and see some cheer each time we enter our home.

Let's be honest, this was my wife's idea and I am a firm believer in "happy wife, happy life". But in this instance, I have no idea why you wouldn't put the tree up early. This year has been a dumpster fire ever since March smacked us with the COVID-19 pandemic. I'm tired of focusing on the negative I am happy to put up the tree decorate it with lights and ornaments and enjoy some hot cocoa watching Christmas movies.

This has been one of those questions that everyone seems to be asking lately, so when are you going to decorate for Christmas? I know some people have already put their Christmas tree up, while others like to wait until after the plates have been cleared from eating Thanksgiving dinner.

If you're going to cut down your tree we have all the details on tree permits here. Also, we got the good news that Santa will be at Mesa Mall this year for photos, click here for that information.
