Mick Ralphs to Rejoin Bad Company for ‘Swan Song’ U.K. Tour
Bad Company guitarist Mick Ralphs will return to the touring lineup later this year for a series of U.K. dates the group is calling its Swan Song Tour.
Ralphs is sitting out the band's current touring commitments with Joe Walsh, and has been temporarily replaced by former Black Crowes guitarist Rich Robinson. But he'll be back in the fold for the Swan Song shows, which are scheduled to begin Oct. 15 in Leeds.
"Returning to the U.K. with Bad Company where it all began 40-plus years ago is full circle for the band and the fans. It’s always a pleasure to play in the U.K.," said singer Paul Rodgers in a press release. "So looking forward to be playing in the UK for all our great fans," added Ralphs. "Gonna be great!"
"The British fans are special and we're going to give them a treat," added drummer Simon Kirke. "There's nothing like playing in my home country."
Bad Company will be joined for the Swan Song Tour by special guests Richie Sambora and Orianthi, performing as RSO, as well as Steve and Jasmine Rodgers. Check out the complete list of currently scheduled shows below, and visit Bad Company's website for detailed ticketing information.
