Three-year-old Grayson Clamp was born deaf, but thanks to an innovative surgery he's now able to hear. Watch the incredible moment when he hears his father's voice for the first time.

Grayson is the first child in the U.S. to have "Auditory Brain Stem Implant" surgery which places a microchip in his brain to help him hear.

The other amazing part of this story is that Grayson started as a foster child and was  adopted by his parents, Len and Nicole Clamp, who's love for the boy is more than obvious.
