It's official, Moustafa Ismail holds the Guinness Book of World Records for the 'World's Largest Biceps.' His secret? Certainly not spinach.

Ismail has been dubbed 'the real-life Popeye.' Unlike the famous muscular cartoon character who's strength comes from iron rich spinach, Ismail says he's allergic to spinach so his daily diet consists of 7-pounds of meat, 9-pounds of carbs, 3 gallons of water and protein shakes. He claims steroids have never been a part of his body building routine, but three hour a day work-outs definitely are. While he can lift up to 600 pounds, Ismail says his focus is less on weight and more on technique and repetition.

The 24-year-old Ismail says his inspiration comes from Arnold Schwarzenegger, who he's been a fan of since he was a child. Ismail's biceps measure 31 inches. By comparison, Schwarzenegger, at the peak of his body-building career in the 70s, had biceps that measured around 22 inches.

Ismail, who's originally from Egypt but now resides in Massachusetts says he's working toward breaking his own record and wants to add another 8-inches to his biceps and increase the size of the rest of his upper body, especially his shoulders.

One question. What size shirt does this guy wear?
