Waking Up With An Alarm

It's one of the worst parts of the day. You hear your alarm going off, but you feel like you need to sleep for about 5 more hours. For me, it's always harder to get up during the week than on the weekend. When I have the chance to sleep in on the weekend, I'm always up anyway because there is something to do.

What Happens When You Don't Set An Alarm

Do you sleep much later if you forget to set your alarm or do you wake up anyway? Most of the time I would end up sleeping well beyond my target wake-up without my alarm(s). Without an alarm, I'll probably be snoring until mid-day. The backup alarms such as kids, pets, neighbors, and 'sounds from the neighborhood' will probably limit the frequency of any such oversleeps.
