Denver's Most Gruesome Haunt

If you have never had a chance to see Denver's Cheesman Park, it's one of the most talked-about and accessible stops to explore. Lots of ghost stories surround the location which used to be a city cemetery that was partially relocated to Denver's Riverside Cemetery. . Today it is believed there are still more than 2,000 unmarked bodies beneath the park that were never removed.

Founded as Prospect Hill Cemetery, later known as Denver City Cemetery, remains are found to this day in and around the sloping grounds. Even on a sunny day, this park gives off a super creepy vibe.
