Food truck rallies really began taking off in the 2010s. The FoCo Food Truck Rally dates back to 2014.

After a long winter, it's great to get outdoors in Northern Colorado. Warm temps, good weather, and those spring/summer activities that you love to do; activities including hitting up a food truck rally every week.

I think that there should be more food truck rallies around Fort Collins; there must be over 100 different trucks out there, cities like Greeley and Longmont should find a way to put one on. Until then, there are three in Northern Colorado that you need to put on your calendar.

City Park.

The FoCo Food Truck Rally is the biggest one around Northern Colorado; a great opportunity for not only good food, but to make new friends.

Fossil Creek Food Truck Rally
Thursdays - May 29 through September 4.
Fossil Creek Park (North of Trilby on Lemay.)
5:30 - Dusk.
Live Music.

The Fossil Creek Food Truck Rally is held in a great location: Easy to get to for not only those in Fort Collins, but Loveland too.

Mehaffey Park Food Truck Rally
Thursdays - May 29 through September 4.
Mehaffey Park in Loveland (South entrance off of 22nd)
5:00 - Dusk.
Live music, vendors.

Mehaffey Park is very large; you could show up to get a nice walk in, or play some disc golf before you grab something to eat.

Canyon Creak HOA Food Truck Rally
Every third Wednesday through September 17 (First rally May 28)
Canyon Creek neighborhood in Erie.
5:00 - 7:30.
On Austin, west of County Line Road.

Erie is a great little town; this "hidden gem" food truck rally could be your new favorite.
