John Denver’s Awesome Former Aspen Guest House & Studio For Sale
John Denver wasn't always John Denver; he changed his name after visiting Colorado. With his love of Aspen, it's almost surprising that he didn't go by "John Aspen." His former guest home and studio there, are on the market.
It's hard to find someone that doesn't hold at least some fondness for the late singer/actor; all those great songs, and "Oh, God!," rank up there. Speaking of "up there," up in Aspen, if you have the money, you could live in Denver's old digs.
Maybe you could learn to play guitar, grow your hair out a little bit, and really get into the "Rocky Mountain High" spirit?
It does make sense that Denver would chose a great place in Aspen to live, after having studied architecture for a bit while at Texas Tech. Once he hit it big, and was able to afford many luxuries in life, a secluded life in Aspen must have been great.

Part of John Denver Estate For Sale in Aspen
The original estate was divided up in 2016 when the main mansion was sold. Now, you could be the owner of the guest house and what used to be the recording studio, right next door.
Imagine who his guests were: Streisand? Minelli? Burt Reynolds? Imagine all the music that was produced there; the walls must ring with the echoes from the sessions.
The property looks terrific and, of course, resides within the Starwood gated community, that John Denver helped to start.
Less Than $10 Million to Live Like John Denver
The current listing has the property at $8.495 million; it's gone through renovations to make it more accommodating, but I wonder how much of the price tag is based on it being a "John Denver" property.
