Man Pleads Guilty After In-N-Out Incident In Loveland
Remember way, way back in 2024 when video was flying around social media of a 55-year old man who had an altercation with a teenager, and ultimately threw him to the floor as bystanders stood shocked at the In-N-Out Burger in Loveland?
At the time, the video went viral as NoCo super sleuths worked hard to identify the man, which did not take long, ultimately leading to his arrest.
That saga finally has its closure, as the man reached a plea deal to end the case.
Back in August of 2024, police were called to In-N-Out after some kids were horsing around in the restaurant, and accidentally splashed some water on a woman sitting at a table with a man who was none too thrilled about the incident. Which sounds about right - I don't know many who would be happy about it. What happened next, however, dramatically escalated the incident.

In the video, you see the kid go over to allegedly apologize, and the man stand up and grab the teen by the neck, pull him over to the table, then violently throw the teen to the floor. At that point he commands the teen to tell the woman he splashed he was sorry.
The teen's story was that he had originally approached the table to apologize and that's when the man grabbed him.
According to 9News, the man entered a guilty plea for attempted second-degree assault - strangulation, on February 23. He was sentenced to 30 months of probation and 120 hours of community service. He was also ordered to pay restitution.
