Though it has had many fans, not a large amount of people are going to say it was one of "Colorado's Best Venues." Now, they've decided that the cost that's it's been taking to keep it open is not worth it, anymore.

You may have seen at least one of your favorite artists at this Colorado venue, but with so many venues around the Denver area, competition to book acts is tough. 1st Bank Center Open in 2007, and though it had a great start with acts like Mark Knopfler, Carrie Underwood, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, and others, the venue's demise has been coming down the tracks for a few years.
