If you are anything like me, you need coffee to function. Like many, my mornings can be a bit hectic, and I do not have time to make my own coffee at home, so I opt to grab my drink from one of the many coffee retailers.

Every time I go to the Starbucks in Windsor, the drive-thru is always packed with people who have the same idea as me. Get your coffee and go. The Seattle-based coffee chain is recognized worldwide and has shops all over.
Starbucks Closures Announced Worldwide
If you are a Starbucks fanatic, you might want to make sure that your location will still be open soon. Starbucks recently announced it will be closing hundreds of stores in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

These closures will be prompt and happen this weekend, according to 9 News. The upcoming closures of these Starbucks were verified based on the Starbucks website, showing that store hours for the affected stores will show closed listed for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and so on.
Colorado Starbucks Stores Affected by Closures
It appears that Colorado will be affected by closures of Starbucks locations across the state. These are the Starbucks locations that are expected to close:
- Fort Collins - 3617 South College Avenue
- Fort Collins - 112 West Laurel
- Denver - 1670 Broadway
- Denver - 1900 16th Street
- Denver - 1416 Platte Street at REI
- Denver - 5074 East Hampden Avenue
- Denver - 4505 Peoria Street
- Aurora - 2300 South Parker Road
- Centennial - 6712 South Potomac Street
- Englewood - 4298 South Broadway
Starbucks has not officially shared all of the locations that will be closing; however, they will show the closures through an update on the Starbucks app by Sunday, September 28, 2025.
