This Fort Collins Café Lets You Pay What You Can for a Healthy Meal
Did you know that there is a pay-what-you-can restaurant right here in Northern Colorado?
The concept at FoCo Café is simple. They prepare lunch, and you pay what you can for the meals. FoCo Café is the first nonprofit eatery in Fort Collins.
When you walk in for the first time, you may be surprised to any sort of cash register.
FoCo Café: Fort Collins’ First Nonprofit Restaurant
Instead of a cash register, there is a donation box.
Your meal will be pay what you can.
If you can afford to make an extra donation to pay it forward, that is a great way to give back to the community.
If you can not pay for a full meal, you simply pay what you can.
Fort Collins Eatery is Volunteer Ran
FoCo Café is entirely non-profit and volunteer-supported. Plus, the daily menu prioritizes seasonal ingredients from right here in Colorado.
What I really appreciate about FoCo Café is that there is a huge focus that everybody deserves a healthy meal and their values are based of dignity.
Offering Help to Those That Need It in Fort Collins

It reminds me of the same values of the new ‘Food for All’ program that debuted in Fort Collins recently.
