Here's how a tender heart and perseverance saved a tiny hummingbird's life.

When a humming bird got trapped inside a home, the homeowner tried to coax the bird out of the skylight and back outside. In spite of the man's best effort, the frightened and confused bird continued to try escaping through the skylight.

The man was finally able to gently cup his hand around the bird and take it outside to release it. Unable to fly away, the exhausted bird simply laid in the man's hands making him think the bird would die.

The man made a last-ditch effort to revive the bird. What happens next is both incredible and the most heartwarming thing anyone can imagine.
