Colors really count when it comes to proper clothing on television, especially when you have a video crew who likes to have fun using your green dress as a video screen.

Part of what makes this so funny is no one notices until one of the news anchors looks at a video screen and sees what's actually going out over the air.

What makes it look like the anchors dress is changing is actually a video special effect chroma key compositing, also known as 'green screen'. The effect doesn't project the images on the anchor, but replaces her green dress with the images after the camera transmits video back to the control room which is why it took everyone so long to notice what was happening.
