Grand Junction’s Beloved Musical Couple Celebrate 50th Wedding Anniversary [PHOTOS]

By now, you've probably attended an event around Western Colorado which included live music from Clyde and Sherrill Lizer. The couple celebrated 50 years of making beautiful music with their 50th wedding anniversary celebration last Saturday night.

To be accurate, the couple's true wedding anniversary is August 8th. However, the couple chose to have their anniversary party on Saturday, August 9th, so friends and family could enjoy a huge celebration at Grand Junction's Senior Rec Center.

Festivities began at 7pm with music provided by Frank Bregar's group, "Rock N' Swing."

Happy anniversary to Clyde and Sherrill Lizer. Hopefully, you'll have a chance to catch a performance with the duo sometime in the near future.
