Grand Junction Police Make Arrest in July’s Fatal Crash

Jessy Wayne McElroy, 26, of Grand Junction, has been arrested and remanded to the Mesa County Jail in connection with last July's fatal crash at East Grove Drive and D Road.

According to the Grand Junction Police Department, McElroy was arrested last Tuesday morning at approximately 10:00. He is being charged with Vehicular Homicide Under the Influence of Drugs, Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, and Reckless Driving.
