1.) The prep work can make or break your project. Don’t skip the primer, floor leveler, or recirculating pump. Cutting corners to save time or expense always costs you more in the end.
2.) Always remember: Builds take less trips and paperwork than Remodels. With a remodel you make several trips because you always find your needed something else that you didn’t expect. With a build you KNOW you need everything.
3.) Don’t forget that we have seasons other than the one you’re building your out building in.
