Colorado’s Creepiest Festival is the Telluride Horror Show
There can be no question that Colorado's creepiest festival is the Telluride Horror Show October 13 through the 15.
The Telluride Horror Show is a three-day film festival filled with horror film screenings, special guests, and events.
For three days, Telluride's historic theaters come to life with 20 feature films and 50 short films, featuring horror, suspense, thriller, dark fantasy, sci-fi and dark comedy.
It's not just about movies, either. Special events include an ice cream social, pig roast, book signing, creepy campfire stories, and a "killer karaoke" party.
This is the 8th edition of the Telluride Horror Show bringing together a special family of horror fans and lovers of the macabre.
A three-day pass will run you $150, which pretty much gets you into everything. You can also purchase a six-pack of individual movie tickets for $75. The other option is $15 at the door for each film -- if there is any seating available.
If the thought of horror movies makes you think of Halloween, Nightmare on Elm Street, and Friday the 13th this event will redefine your concept of horror. Chances are you have never seen any of the horror films being featured in Telluride.
Get ready to be HORRORfied!
