Colorado Parks and Wildlife Looking for Elk with Tire Necklace

An elusive elk has once again caught the attention of Colorado Parks and Wildlife after showing up on a trail-cam with a tire around its neck.

This isn't the first time we've seen this guy. A few months ago we heard about an elk that had a tire stuck around its neck. Well, he's still out there and was caught on a trail-cam. After seeing the video from @lookatthedeej, Colorado Parks and Wildlife are asking residents to keep their eyes open for this big guy. Contact them as soon as you see him, and give a location so they can come to get that tire of his neck.
