Coming up on Friday, May 15th make sure you take your lunch period outside if at all possible because the Colorado Air National Guard is planning a salute to COVID-19 front line heroes with a flyover. This will be the second time an F-16 Fighter Falcon will do a flyover for us, expected to take place between 11:00 a.m. and 12:45 p.m.

The flyover will cover Brighton, Granby, Kremmling, Rifle, Fruita, Grand Junction, Delta, Montrose, Cortez, Durango, Pagosa Springs, Alamosa, Trinidad, La Junta, and Parker, Colorado.

As much as the Colorado Air National Guard is doing, they said in a press release that they still feel bad that they cannot fly over every town in Colorado as all front line heroes deserve the same respect.
