College Student Gets a Surprise Marriage Proposal From a ‘Homeless’ Man

College student Katie Barabas is serving food to the homeless and gets a surprising marriage proposal and a lollipop ring from a homeless man. How do you think she answers?

The homeless man turns out to be her boyfriend, Mike King, in disguise. The two are students at Bethel College in South Bend, Indiana and are part of the campus Feed the Homeless ministry.

King, who has a reputation as a prankster, revealed himself and a real ring and then popped the question again. This time the answer was, yes.

The two students who have been dating for about a year say they are planning to invite the homeless from the campus Feed the Homeless ministry to their reception. What an incredibly generous way to share their celebration with those they enjoy helping.
