Beautiful Blue-Eyed Grand Junction Rescue Dog Needs Home
Every week we feature an adoptable pet from a local shelter and it's one of our favorite parts of our job. The Pet of the Week this week is Syndey, who has the most beautiful blue eyes.
You could do something completely different this year for Valentine's Day and ditch the candy and get a dog instead. Syndey is about three and a half years old and is thought to be a pit bull mix. She came into the shelter with her family, including her dad, sister, and brother.
Sydney does great with other dogs and would do well in a home with other dogs. She thinks cats are toys so the Pet of the Week would have to go to a home without any cats. Syndey can be a bit shy at first, but once she gets to know you she'll show off her amazing zoomies and personality.
Syndey is a goofy, fun dog and can zoom with the best of 'em. Whenever the zoomies hit she engages turbo speed.
She would do great going on walks, hikes, and runs with you and is currently up for adoption right now at Roice-Hurst Humane Society in Grand Junction. Syndey would love to be your Valentine this year and next year and the year after that.
