Art Sculptures Highlight Downtown Grand Junction’s Main Street

If you haven't been to downtown Grand Junction lately, you are missing out on the newest additions to the Art on the Corner exhibits that highlight  the downtown area.

These art exhibits change every year, and each year's collection is as compelling and intriguing as the one before.

Mother's Day weekend is a great time to check out the latest Art on the Corner exhibits during the annual Art and Music Festival that gets underway Friday. Take a leisurely stroll through downtown and take some time to get close up and personal with these amazing exhibits. You'll also be able to enjoy some great music on four stages, including Firefall on Friday night.

In addition to the art sculptures, this weekend  Main Street will be lined with artist vendors selling their unique and high-quality creations. It's always so much fun to see the incredible things that people come up with. I suggest you do some of your Christmas shopping this weekend, because there will be some amazing art for sale.
