Young Rhinoceros and Lamb Friendship Makes for Ultimate Animal Odd Couple [VIDEO]

Human friendships come in all shapes and sizes and apparently so do those in the animal world. A young rhinoceros and a lamb may seem like an odd couple, but they sure seem to have a lot of fun.

'Gertije' the rhinoceros, and 'Lammie' the lamb, are both residents at Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre in South Africa. The center focuses on the conservation of rare, vulnerable or endangered animals. Cheetah Conservation is one of their core disciplines.

Gertie, or as he's called by the center's staff, 'Little G' came to the center as an orphan after his mother was killed by poachers. It's easy to see why Gertjie and his sidekick Lammie have become two of the center's most popular animals.
