Wrapping Up the Golf Season With Caddyshack Golf Tournament
The golf season is slowly winding down and what better way to wrap it up than with the Caddyshack Golf Tournament.
A logical question would be, "what exactly is the Caddyshack Golf Tournament?"
Well, you may safely assume from its name that the Caddyshack Golf Tournament is not going to be your ordinary golf event.
For starters, this tournament features two-man teams, which could be two men, two women, or couples. There will be payouts for all three divisions.
Caddyshack attire is encouraged, and there will be a prize awarded for the ugliest hat. Check out these "Caddyshack" clips for some hat and attire ideas.
There will be a shotgun start at 11 a.m. on October 15 at Redlands Mesa Golf Course along with a taco bar dinner, a putting contest, a silent auction, and even a gopher treasure hunt for kids. To register and to get more information go to belngualkids.com.
All proceeds go to Be Lingual Kids, a local group committed to getting the Spanish language taught in elementary schools with a focus on vocabulary building and conversational skills.
The bottom line, the Caddyshack is going to be an incredibly fun event and I greatly look forward to participating. (I also look forward to the tacos)
Please, find yourself a partner and join us for a fun day at Redlands Mesa and let's help Be Lingual Kids!
