According to the Vail Daily, a woodchuck was "seen fleeing the scene" when a Toyota 4Runner's engine compartment caught fire.

They vehicle had been purchased from a ranch last Thursday, May 18. The new owner was en route to the Department of Motor Vehicles when the fire occurred. The driver was able to escape the vehicle without harm.
