Woman Blames Dead Husband For Live Hand Grenades In Attic

A woman doing some spring cleaning found four live grenades amongst her dead husband's war mementos.

Caroline Cyganiak called police who sent the bomb squad to remove the explosives. The grenades were detonated at a remote location, but the blasts still got the attention of some residents who also called police.

Once the ordeal was over, Cyganiak went to the cemetery where her husband was buried and gave him an explosive mouthful of words for having something that dangerous stored in the house.
